Air Evac Lifeteam is an air ambulance service provider to rural communities in the central U.S., founded in 1985 with the goal of providing rural markets access to better medical care. They operate the world's largest fleet of 75 Bell 206 Long Ranger helicopters and have flown over 100,000 patients since 1985. They are the first air ambulance service in the Unites States to offer a membership program, and they currently have over half a million members.

Now, because CECA and Air Evac Lifeteam have partnered up, you too can become a member. The process is simple. Simply contact CECA at 1-800-915-2533 for an Air Evac Application Form. Fill it out and return it to us at PO Box 729, Comanche Texas 76442. We in turn will bill you $5.00 per month for your membership. Once you have established membership with Air Evac Lifeteam, you are entitled to use the Company's services during life or limb threatening emergencies AT NO COST TO YOU!

Although you do not have to be a member to use the service, membership offers significant benefits.

  • Members who use the Air Evac Lifeteam service for critical emergencies will not receive a bill for the flight-no matter how many times a year they use it. If you are not a member, you could pay up to $12,000.00 for the flight.
  • Memberships are valid in all Air Evac Lifeteam service areas, reaching into 14 states in the Central United States. Even when you are away from home, an Air Evac Lifeteam helicopter may still be nearby.
  • You will receive membership identification cards for your house, car and wallet, and you will receive the membership newsletter. That's just how simple it is to have cost effective medical attention when you need it the most!
